Teen Moms: Young and Pregnant is a spin-off of M-TV's 16 and Pregnant following the lives of five teenagers/young Gen Z adults who come from completely different backgrounds and cities, but all become mothers over the 14 episode series.

Follows some moms from the Teen Mom franchise come together for a family reunion to connect with one another and celebrate their unique bonds.
